Investment Summary

JEM Holdings acquired Greenbryre apartments in February, 2016 as a heavy value-add investment in an off-market transaction. Constructed in 1974, Greenbryre is a 174-unit garden style apartment complex located in an improving Charlotte submarket with strong visibility directly fronting North Sharon Amity Road, a main thoroughfare with a daily traffic count of 31,000 vehicles. Since purchasing the property, JEM has invested heavily in amenity improvements, complete roof replacement, parking lot repairs, leasing office upgrades, improved signage, down unit renovations, water sub-metering, and other value-enhancing renovations.
